GENERAL TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2024

  1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, 1201 Events Limited and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
  2. Drinks – Each ticket for A Day in Paradise includes up to six complimentary drinks, with options including beer, wine, sangria, and soft drinks.
  3. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. Alcoholic beverages are served only to those of legal drinking age, and organisers reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals. 
  4. Food – Cross-Contamination, despite our best efforts to prevent cross-contamination, it is important to note that our kitchen processes involve handling a variety of ingredients. Cross-contamination may occur, and as such, we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free from traces of allergens. 
  5. Food customer responsibility, customers with food allergies are encouraged to inform our staff of their allergies before placing an order. 
  6. Food: Disclaimer of liability, A Day in Paradise disclaims any liability for allergic reactions that may occur as a result of consuming our products. By purchasing and consuming our food, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with food allergies.
  7. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  8. An order for tickets is not complete until it is accepted by us. We try to ensure all information and prices are correct but errors may occur. In the case of an error with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
  9. For the safety of all participants, swimming under the influence of alcohol or any mind-altering substances is strictly prohibited. Attendees are advised not to engage in swimming activities if they are under the influence, as it poses a significant safety risk.
  10. Organisers reserve the right to deny participation in the swim stop to individuals who appear to be under the influence and may pose a risk to themselves or others.
  11. Participants engage in the swim stop at their own risk. A Day in Paradise is not liable for any injuries or incidents resulting from failure to adhere to safety guidelines, including swimming under the influence.
  12. Participants must comply with all relevant local laws and regulations regarding swimming safety and substance use during the trip.
  13. In the event of an emergency during the swim stop, participants are expected to follow the instructions provided by the trip organizers and lifeguards.
  14. By participating in the swim stop, attendees acknowledge that they have read and understood this Swim Stop Safety Clause. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the activity.
  15. You will receive your tickets via email to the email address you specified during the checkout process. If you don’t receive your tickets via email please contact us using the details below.
  16. Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed for a variety of reasons. If the event is canceled, please contact us directly for a resolution. If the event was moved or rescheduled, A Day in Paradise may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
  17. The route of the boat trip is subject to change based on weather conditions and wave patterns

  18. The safety of participants and crew is our top priority. Any alterations to the route are made with safety considerations in mind.

  19. A Day in Paradise reserves the right to modify the boat trip route or itinerary at its discretion to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

  20. Weather conditions and wave patterns are inherently unpredictable. A Day in Paradise cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by necessary route changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

  21. A Day in Paradise reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the customers. As our venues are licensed premises, even if you have a ticket, there may be circumstances where we feel or understand you should not be allowed into our event such as you being drunk or under the influence of drugs, and you will not be permitted to enter the event. No refund will be given.
  22. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
  23. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
  24. Tickets are sold subject to A Day in Paradise’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
  25. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, or one of the authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
  26. Illegal and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event without refund.
  27. A Day in Paradise and any supplier accept no responsibility for any personal property.
  28. All of our events listed on the purchased are strictly for people who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required or a Challenge 25 policy will be operating.
  29. All resolutions are only dealt with on a case by case basis. All resolutions are based on initial feedback only. Any claim found to be false will be forfeit a resolution. Any resolution relating to an event will remain both private and confidential between A Day in Paradise and the customer and if found not to be adhered to, this will in turn forfeit a resolution.
  30. Any complaints in respect of a Event or any injury or other claim should be reported on the day to a A Day in Paradise representative who is working on the Event. Any such complaints, injuries or other claims must also be notified in writing within 14 days of the Event to Customer Services, to the following addresses:
